Scranton, IOWA – Refuse truck manufacturer New Way® Trucks from Scranton, IA has always made a point to educate current and potential customers on their innovative products, and the industry leading company has continued to do so in 2015 by attending trade shows across the U.S. With the August 2014 unveiling of ROTO PAC®, the world’s first auger-driven organics / MSW collection vehicle, New Way has been focused on organics collection and sustainability.

In January, New Way kicked off the 2015 show season by attending the U.S. Compost Council show in Austin, TX which centered on educating attendees on the importance of compost health and safety standards.

“It is important that we maintain a strong trade show presence,” said VP of Sales & Marketing, Phil Allen. “By attending shows, we’re able to get in front of our target markets and have face-to-face conversations which have allowed us to gather valuable insight and product feedback.”

In addition to the U.S. Compost Council show in Austin, the New Way team also attended a Houston, TX open house for authorized dealer, Kinloch Equipment as well as the Florida SWANA Road-E-O event in North Port, FL.

New Way wrapped up trade shows in April by attending two shows on the West Coast, the BioCycle West Coast Conference in Portland, OR and the SWANA Southwest Regional Symposium in Palm Springs, CA. Both shows targeted expanding organics recycling programs and investing in composting as well as renewable energy.
