The winner of the 2014 Environmental Research & Education Foundation (EREF) raffle prize will not only be contributing to the fund drive for an important cause, but will also be driving away in a coveted replica of a classic car. The EREF Auction at WasteExpo in Atlanta this year will be featuring a replica of a 1965 Cobra, provided by New Way from sister company Hurricane Motorsports.

The 1965 Cobra replica has a hand laid fiberglass body painted Ford Black with Titanium stripes and a protective underbody coating. It also features a 302 Ford engine stroked to 306, 340 horsepower/350 FPT and a TKO 600 5-speed manual transmission. Raffle tickets for the car be purchased for $100 each in the EREF booth (#4475). There is a limit of 10 tickets per person and only 600 tickets will be sold.

The 2014 EREF Auction also features a silent auction on Tuesday, April 29, and a live auction on Wednesday, April 30. The live auction will conclude with the raffle ticket drawing at 6:00 p.m. Held in conjunction with WasteExpo, the EREF Annual Charitable Auction has raised more than $13 million to further EREF’s mission to fund and direct scientific research and educational initiatives for waste management practices.
